1. Any monies collected for a special event must be spent on that specific event, i.e., luncheons.
    

2. A member making a hole in one on any Tuesday throughout the calendar year during our LRGWGC tee times shall receive $100 in cash format on the day it occurred.  The second hole-in-one of the calendar year is also paid out of the yearly budget for $100.  For additional hole in ones during that same calendar year, club reserves will be used if available.
    

3. If it should rain on the day of a regularly scheduled luncheon and the general meeting and golf has been cancelled, the luncheon and general meeting will be held at the discretion of the President.
    

4. Any proposed amendment to the Bylaws should be brought to the President's attention prior to a Board Meeting to allow for sufficient time for discussion and preparation for a presentation to the general membership. 
    

5. Weekly sweeps will be paid out as Los Robles Greens Golf Course chits twice yearly.  Weekly prize amounts awarded are based on the Annual Budget Sweeps line item. 
    

6. A women guest may be invited to play on any Tuesday Play Day if space in the Club's allotted tee times is available.  The guest must be signed up in advance and will not be eligible for sweeps.
    

7. Guests who play in a member-guest or invitational tournament must play to a maximum index of 37, or Max Handicap of 40 at Los Robles.
    

8. President’s Cup:  To qualify, a member must have completed 12 Tuesday games played and be recorded in the Weekly Sweeps Binder as of The President's Cup previous year. Team Play counts toward games played.   President's Cup and Club Championship rounds excluded.  An exception for eligibility can be made by the board for a member who has not played 12 games and is in good standing from the previous year who is returning from an injury or illness.
    

9. Club Championship:  To qualify, a member must have completed 12 Tuesday games played and be recorded in the Weekly Sweeps Binder as of The Club Championship previous year.  Team Play counts toward games played.   President's Cup and Club Championship rounds excluded.  An exception for eligibility can be made by the board for a member who has not played 12 games and is in good standing from the previous year who is returning from an injury or illness.
    

10. Most Improved Golfer: To qualify, a member must be on the roster as of January 1 with a handicap, a minimum of 15 Tuesday games played and be recorded in the Weekly Sweeps Binder as of January 1 of the current year.  The award is given to the player with the most improved index between January 1 and the 4th Tuesday in November.
